Hore Abbey is usually associated with a trip to visit the Rock of Cashel and I definitely believe that it proves to be a perfect addition. Walking down the hill from the Rock of Cashel, Hore Abbey is located in a private field that is used for public access, however, be aware that there is a lot of cow poop if you head off the paved walkway.
